An iritating waste of a phone call and my time as I thought I was meeting Jake ... my new agent. Also, my son called for home owners insurance resently and was sold life insurance policy under false pretense. He thought he had to have it in order to have home owners. He has and can get better life insurance through his job. He called to cancel it and was told it would be taken care of but the money is pending removal from his bank account for the life insurance."
